The transport of your parcel

DELIVERY IS FREE IN SWITZERLAND *

For any order from Frs 19.90 If the amount is less than a participation

of Frs 5.- the customer will be charged.

For the Foreign countries (Europe) shipping fee of 15CHF .

Upon receipt of your payment (instant credit card), our team will prepare and ship your order (subject to the time of availability of products). The time of arrival of your order depends on the Postal service, but as a general rule the delivery takes place between 2 to 5 business days.

The period of manufacture and delivery is approximately 5 to 10 working days.

Prior to delivery the doll is subject to a strict quality control in our premises.
